当事務所で手掛けさせて頂いている焼き芋専門店維新蔵が運営する新店舗である。場所はNEXCO西日本が運営する山陽自動車道下り線沿い、宮島サービスエリア内の一画で、ここは外部からも利用出来る地元では知られた場所である。芝生の広場、桜スポット、宮島方向の景色、スターバックス等、人が集まる要素が多い場所で、焼き芋専門店維新蔵がアウトドアをコンセプトにした初の大型カフェを展開する。店内は宮島レッドに塗られた既存柱（変更不可）がアクセントとなるよう、その他の仕上げ素材を吟味しているが、ここでは地元素材に拘り、広島県産材の杉を仕上げ素材の基本として空間を構成している。また、アウトドアイベント等、様々なイベントに対応できるよう、店内のテーブルは、その組み合わせ方次第で変幻自在となっているが、そのベースとなる考えは、アウトドアのイメージとして欠かせない川の流れ（これも又変幻自在である）を表現している。

It is a new store operated by a baked sweet potato specialty store, Ishingura. The location is along the Sanyo Expressway operated by NEXCO West Japan, in the Miyajima service area. Furthermore, this is a locally known place that can be used from outside the expressway. Here, where there are many elements where people gather, such as lawn squares, cherry blossom spots, scenery in the direction of Miyajima, and Starbucks, the baked sweet potato specialty store Ishingura will develop its first large-scale café with the concept of the outdoors. The interior of the store has been carefully examined for the finishing materials so that the existing pillars painted in Miyajima red (which cannot be changed) will be accented. We were particular about using local materials to finish up the space and here, using cedar from Hiroshima Prefecture as the basis of the finishing material was a must. In addition, in order to accommodate various events such as outdoor events, the tables in the store were designed with flexibility depending on how they are combined. Moreover, this basic idea expresses the flow of the river (which is also changeable), which is indispensable as an image of the outdoors.
