RESIDENCE W.H

This house is located in a newly developed residential area a little way from the national highway in Ibaraki City. There are about 50 plots of land, each about 70㎡ in size, and the proposed site is one of these, but it is built in a very dense location with a total of five houses in close proximity to the back and both sides. The two important points when planning were that it should be created within the framework of a 10 million yen house, and how much natural light could be let in while blocking out the surrounding line of sight to ensure privacy. Fortunately, the layout plan of the house next door to the south (on the right side when facing the house) was a general plan to build a building at the back of the lot and a parking lot in front, so the south side in front of the planned site was completely open. Therefore, taking advantage of this condition, the building was planned to be close to the north side, long and narrow from east to west, and the house was designed to ensure as much light as possible from the south side.
